Happy Hour Coaching — FAQs

Drink Less. Live More.

Coaching for women ready to change their relationship with alcohol and reconnect with their true selves

  • It’s a future-focused, soulful coaching space designed to help you explore your relationship with alcohol—without judgment or pressure. Whether you want to cut down, quit completely, or simply get curious, I’m here to guide you through that change gently and intuitively.

We work together to uncover what’s driving the habit beneath the habit. I’ll help you reconnect with your values, build confidence, and find more fulfilling, nourishing ways to quieten the noise.

  • This is for women who are successful on the outside but quietly questioning if alcohol is still working for them.

    You might be:

    • A high-achieving woman juggling work, family, and expectations

    • Sober-curious but unsure what that means or where to begin

    • Tired of feeling anxious, regretful or out of sync with your true self

    • Looking for more ease, joy and alignment in your daily life

If you’re ready to take a break or make a change, and start living in integrity with what really matters to you—this is your invitation.

  • Not at all. You get to decide what feels right. Some clients want to stop completely, others just want to take a break, drink less, or find new ways to unwind.

This is not a one-size-fits-all programme. There’s no pressure, no labels—just compassionate support and curiosity.

  • Sober curiosity is about asking questions like:

    • “What does alcohol really give me?”

    • “How would I feel without it?”

    • “What else could take its place?”

It’s about exploring—not restricting. I’ll walk beside you as we uncover what’s underneath the habit and create space for something better.

    • Gentle but powerful mindset shifts

    • Space to explore without shame or pressure

    • Practical tools and strategies to help you through tricky moments

    • Encouragement to grow into the version of you that’s been waiting

    • Support to rewrite the old stories you’ve outgrown

And most of all—a coach who gets it. I’ve walked in your shoes, and I bring lived experience, heart, and humour to every session.

  • Each session is unique and led by you. We start with where you are right now and build clarity and confidence from there.

    We might explore:

    • What’s behind your drinking habits

    • What you truly want and what’s in the way

    • How to handle stress, discomfort, or big feelings

    • Creating new rituals, habits, and self-care practices that actually work

You'll leave each session with insight, momentum, and a real sense of being heard and held.

    • One-to-One Coaching: Personalised support, online or in person

    • Walk & Talk Sessions: Coaching outdoors, helping you think and process differently

    • Group Circles: A safe, supportive space to share, grow and be witnessed

This is a confidential, compassionate space rooted in connection, curiosity and courage.

    • Waking up feeling rested, not regretful

    • Feeling in control instead of stuck in old patterns

    • Managing stress without alcohol

    • Reconnecting with joy, health, purpose, and self-worth

    • Feeling more “you” than you have in years

    • Building confidence to show up fully in life and relationships

I celebrate every tiny shift—because that’s where real change begins.

  • That’s completely normal. So many of my clients begin by saying, “I’m scared… but curious.”

Our first conversation is just that—a conversation. A chance to explore what’s coming up for you and how coaching could support your next steps. You’ll feel heard, not judged. This is a safe space.

  • Therapy often looks back to understand the past. Coaching is about looking forward—towards the life you want. We’ll work together to untangle limiting beliefs, shift mindset blocks and take real, grounded steps forward.

  • You are human—and this is not about perfection. Change is rarely a straight line. If that happens, we meet it with kindness and curiosity, not shame. Slips are often powerful learning moments.

  • I’m a certified Personal Performance Life Coach, trained with the Coaching Academy (accredited by the Association for Coaching, ICF, and CPD), with over 200+ hours of coaching experience.

I’m also a qualified Circle Facilitator (trained with Sister Stories), and regularly host in-person events in Brighton, Hove and East Sussex.

My coaching is trauma-aware, values-led and rooted in lived experience.

  • As a Personal Performance Coach, I help you move from where you are now to where you want to be—by supporting you to make empowered, lasting changes in your life.

This kind of coaching isn’t about giving advice or telling you what to do. It’s about asking the right questions, holding space for your reflections, and helping you unlock the answers you already hold within.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, strengthen your self-belief, and take clear, practical steps toward the future you want—whether that’s drinking less, living more, or both.

  • The GROW model is a powerful and practical coaching framework I use to guide our sessions. It stands for:

    • Goal – What do you want to achieve?

    • Reality – Where are you now?

    • Options – What could you do?

    • Will – What will you do next?

It helps bring structure to our conversations without feeling rigid. You set the agenda, and I walk beside you—supporting your thinking, gently challenging when needed, and always holding a kind, curious space for your growth.

  • I trained with The Coaching Academy, one of the UK’s leading coaching schools, known for its professional standards and heart-centred approach. Their ethos is grounded in integrity, empowerment, and lifelong learning—values that completely align with my own.

Their training emphasises client-led, non-directive coaching—meaning you are always in charge of your journey. I’m here to hold space, ask powerful questions, and support you as you reconnect with your values and create meaningful, lasting change.

  • Yes. I want coaching to feel accessible. We can discuss flexible options during your discovery call.

  • Life happens — I understand. If you need to cancel or move a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives me time to offer the space to someone else and honour my own schedule.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, unless due to illness or emergency.

  • Coaching is paid in advance, either weekly or in full for a six-session package (£360).

Payment is made via bank transfer.

If you ever have concerns about payment or would like to discuss flexibility, please just ask — I’m happy to have a conversation.

  • If you decide to end coaching before completing the full series, I ask that you let me know so we can close the process with care and respect.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on notice given and sessions used.

  • Yes — sometimes life calls for a pause. If you need to take a break from our sessions, just let me know. I’ll hold your remaining sessions, and we can pick up again when you’re ready (within a reasonable timeframe, usually 3 months).

  • You are always free to end your coaching journey at any time. I simply ask for open communication so we can wrap things up with intention and appreciation for the work you’ve done so far.

  • Yes. 100%. This is a respectful, safe, confidential space. You can show up as your full, unfiltered self.

Everything you share during our sessions is held in strict confidence. I will never share your information without your written consent — unless I’m legally required to do so (e.g., if there’s risk of harm to yourself or others).

  • Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice (and not due to illness/emergency) may be charged in full. This supports respectful use of both our time.

  • Just book a free discovery call or drop me a message. We’ll chat about what’s going on for you and what kind of support would feel most helpful right now. No pressure—just connection.

Let’s find the freedom, ease and joy you’ve been craving.

I’ll walk beside you every step of the way.  I will respect your journey, will celebrate your wins, and will be there when you need support or have a wobble.  My coaching will provide a foundation to push off from, so you are able to move through your life with more ease and a better understanding of your true self.  You will have the tools and resilience to make lasting changes which will empower you to create a life of comfort and joy.

I can’t wait to meet you.

I’m happy to answer any questions you have.
