When I got sober I lost my identity, my confidence and my sense of self. It was messy, confusing, and at times very scary. But what came back in its place was something I never expected.

Sobriety gave me back my self-respect and purpose. And once I had that, I wanted nothing more than to help other women find it too. That is what Happy Hour Coaching is built on.
